How To Make Kidney Tea

To create the kidney tea use the following herbs, daily for a period of 20 to 30 days.

Marjoram -1 oz (28 g)

Cat’s claw - 1 oz (28 g)

Comfrey root -1 oz (28 g)

Fennel seeds - 2oz (56 g)

Chicory herb or root - 2oz (56g)

Uva ursi - 2oz(56g)

Hydrangea root - 2oz (56 g)

Gravel root - 2oz (56 g)

Marshmallow root - 2oz (56 g)

Goldenrod herb - 2oz (56 g)

Directions for making the Kidney Cleanse Tea:

1. Take 1 oz. (28 g) of the first three herbs and 2 oz. (56 g) of the rest of the herbs, and mix them. Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

2. Before bedtime, soak about two heaping tablespoons of the mixture (10grams) in 16 oz. (240 ml) of water. Leave it covered overnight.

3. Bring the concoction to a boil the following morning, then strain it. If you forget to soak the solution the night before, you can still boil the mixture in the morning.

The only difference is that you need to let the tea simmer for 5 to 10 minutes before straining it.

4. Drink a few sips at a time throughout the day. Divide it into 7-8 portions or more. Don't drink the tea all at once and take a few sips throughout the day. 

This tea does not need to be warm or hot, but you should not refrigerate it. Also, do not add sugar or sweeteners. Wait at least one hour after eating before taking your next sip.

5. Do this cleanse for three weeks.

Any strong smell and darkening of the urine are from the release of toxins from the kidneys. Often the discharge is gradual and does not change the color of the urine that much.

Follow these tips before you do the kidney cleanse:

1. Drink enough filtered water every day. 6-8 glasses per day should be enough. If the color of your urine is dark-yellow, you need to drink more than that.

2. During the entire kidney cleanse, avoid all animal products and processed food. Stop consuming:

  • Fish
  • Caffeinated tea
  • Alcohol
  • Chocolate
  • Preservatives
  • Coloring agents
  • Dairy foods

Liver bile is a gooey, yellow, brown, or green fluid with a pH of 9.5. The food must first combine with bile. Without enough bile, the small intestine can't digest fat and calcium from the meal.

Poor bile secretion leaves food undigested and subjects them to bacteria. Besides breaking down the fats in your food, bile also removes toxins from the liver. Every cell depends on how well it can get rid of these toxins.

The liver stores carbohydrates and breaks them down into glucose. It then releases it whenever the body needs a quick burst of energy. You want to make the liver work at 100% if you're going to detoxify your body from chemo.

Grapefruit juice - 2 quarts (1.89 l)

How To Do The Liver Cleanse:

1. Drink two cups(4.7 dl) of unsweetened black cherry juice daily, one cup in the morning and one at night.

2. Take ten tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll daily. Split them up through the day, or take them five times in the morning and five times at night.

3. Make the following potion and drink it throughout the day. 2 quarts(1.89 l) of grapefruit juice mixed with eight lemons and 2 quarts(1.89 l) of distilled water. Lemon- and grapefruit juice are two of the best stimulants that help the liver to cleanse its tissues.

4. Drink this mixture at 30-minute intervals throughout the day.

5. Do a colon cleanse each day during the three days you are on the cleanse. If you start to feel sick or have a fever or a headache, it means your colon has toxic material in it. If this happens, then use an enema or colonic to release the toxins out of the colon.

Don’t attempt the liver cleanse until 6-8 months after the last chemotherapy session. It can take the body 6-8 months to absorb the toxins from the treatment and enclose it in biliary stones.

3. Pour the salt into the bathtub and mix it. The water mixture should feel soapy.

4. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes.

You can buy Epsom salt at a health food store, grocery store, or online. Avoid using Epsom salt in hot tubs and jet pools, unless the manufacturer says it’s ok.

The next detoxing bath you can try is a bentonite clay bath.

Bentonite is one of the most detoxifying substances on earth. It comes from volcanic ashes. The clay attracts heavy metals and toxins from the body and removes them.

1. Fill your bathtub with hot water

The main point of this approach is to use niacin to flush the system. Niacin opens up the cell wall, allowing stored toxins to exit from our cells. It is also known as vitamin B3 and is an essential nutrient.


The Niacin Sauna Detox uses niacin combined with exercise and sauna to eliminate impurities from your organs.

You may experience hot flashes when you take niacin. The flushing is not harmful. Niacin causes flushing when it dilates and widens the blood vessels of your skin. This feature of plain niacin has made it an ideal tool for detoxification.

The flashing makes your skin red, in the face and the upper parts of the body. It also feels like you’re in the sauna for a short period.

A 100 mg dose or higher may give you niacin flush. This effect will last for about 30 minutes and is not dangerous. It's better to start with a lower 50 mg dose and work your way up to become accustomed to its effect.

People exposed to toxic situations, such as the 9/11 firefighters, may need up to 5,000 milligrams of niacin. 100 mg of niacin, once to twice per week, will be enough for most people.

For added elimination, you can also use activated charcoal as a supplement. Dr. Yu recommends that you take 500 mg of activated charcoal to pull the toxins from your GI tract.

How To Do The Niacin Sauna Detox

Follow these instructions to complete the niacin sauna detox successfully.

What you need for this detox program:

Plain niacin with flushing - 100 mg

Activated charcoal - 500 mg



Niacin Sauna Detox Instructions:

1. Take 100 mg of plain niacin, the type of niacin that causes flushing.

2. Do a 20-minute intense exercise a few minutes after taking niacin. Some good workouts are jogging, jumping rope, biking, or running on a treadmill.

Any activity that increases your heart rate and makes you sweat will do the job.

3. Cool down a bit after the exercise, and then take a 40-60 minute sauna. If you have never done a long sauna, then it might be too much for you. If so, divide your session into three or four 15-minute intervals.

Any sauna will work for this detox regimen. An infrared sauna is an even better option. It penetrates the skin deeper and makes you sweat more.

4. After the sauna, take 500 mg of activated charcoal. Charcoal absorbs the released toxins and helps you excrete them through the GI tract.

5. Shower after the treatment, a cold shower is preferable.

6. Drink lots of purified water during the next few hours to complete the detox cycle. Continue to eat a healthy diet and avoid unhealthy foods.

Important notice before you start this detoxifying program:

Do not take activated charcoal with other prescriptions or supplements. The charcoal can absorb medications and eliminate them too.

You need to exercise and go to the sauna as soon as possible after taking niacin. If you don't do it, then the toxins can't exit the body. Your body will then reabsorb the toxins and cause further damage.

So, within 15 minutes at most after taking niacin make sure to do the workout and go for a sauna.

Niacin is available in three different forms, plain niacin, niacinamide and inositol hexaniacinate. Do not buy non-flush niacin as this will not work. Instead get the plain niacin that causes flushing.

According to Dr. Yu, you should do a niacin sauna detox once or twice per week. If your body is extremely toxic, you might need more sessions per week.
